Tips To Prevent Gastritis


Gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It causes severe discomfort to the patient suffering from this problem. There may be many causes for Gastritis.

Gastritis is also very commonly called “Heart Burn”. The most common symptom is abdominal upset or pain in the abdomen. There are many other symptoms other than abdominal pain.
  1. Indigestion.
  2. Abdominal bloating.
  3. Nausea and vomiting.
  4. Feeling of fullness.
  5. Burning in the upper abdomen. 

There are simple and easy home made methods for reducing and treating Gastritis. Here are some simple steps that work on reducing gastritis.
  • Try not to consume too many different foods. 
  • Drink more water. 
  • Exercise regularly. 
  • Be pleasant all the time. 
  • Have a practice of breathe exercises.
