In today's technology dominated world there is an increase in the intake of fast foods, and decrease in physical activity of the human body.

1. Exercise Regularly.
2. Have a regular and controlled dietary habits. 
3. Have a general check up to confirm that there is no medical reason for the obesity disease. 
4. Reduce foods containing fats and high calories, sweets, milk, butter, cheese etc in meals.
5. Try to reduce the addictions to beverages like coffee and tea.
6. If addicted to smoking drinking and drugs, try to reduce this habit.
